Product Introduction of Safety Valve for Water Heater
This product is a custom-made core safety protection component for water heaters. It is precision-manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel using MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology. Suitable for various storage-type electric water heaters and air-source water heaters, it serves as a key line of defense against overpressure rupture of the water heater inner tank and hot water backflow, fully complying with the GB/T 20910-2025 standard for safety valves in hot water systems.
Product Description: Core components such as the valve body and valve core are all made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant, effectively resisting erosion by hot water and water vapor in the water heater and eliminating rust and water leakage. Relying on MIM technology, stainless steel powder and binder are precisely mixed, injection-molded and then sintered at high temperature to realize the integrated molding of complex internal structures with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.1%～±0.3%, which can be directly assembled without subsequent processing.
Product Features: It integrates non-return backflow, safety pressure relief and emergency drainage functions. When the pressure exceeds the standard, it automatically opens to relieve pressure; when the water is cut off, it prevents hot water backflow and avoids dry burning of the inner tank. The product made by MIM technology has a density of 95%～99%, with excellent mechanical properties, reliable sealing and long service life. It is small in size, easy to install, compatible with the standard interface of the water heater water inlet, and can directly replace the traditional safety valve.
