Product Description
This batch of core precision functional components for AI servers is uniformly made of 17-4PH martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel. It adapts to the harsh computer room operating conditions of AI high-computing-power complete equipment, including all-weather high load, high-density heat dissipation, and high-frequency micro-vibration of the rack.
Formed by the standard solution treatment plus low-temperature aging strengthening process, the material delivers excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. Its tensile strength and rigid bearing strength are far superior to conventional 304 and 316 general stainless steels. It features ultra-high structural fatigue resistance, toughness and stable constant resilience, fully meeting the fitting and assembly requirements of high-density modules in AI servers.
The 17-4PH base material possesses excellent resistance to moisture vapor and trace acid-base corrosion in server room environments. It is resistant to pitting corrosion and rusting under full operating conditions, ensuring long-term smooth operation without jamming or deformation of precision docking structures inside the cabinet.
Meanwhile, the material shows excellent adaptability to CNC precision stamping, micro-hole milling and bending forming. It features extremely low overall deformation after heat treatment, with components achieving ultra-tight controllable dimensional tolerances.
Specially optimized for precision elastic compression parts, high-speed connecting fasteners, module positioning clips and anti-vibration limiting hardware structural parts of AI servers, it effectively restrains resonance loosening and contact attenuation caused by computing operation. It substantially improves the overall operating stability of the equipment and extends its full-service life cycle.
