Labor Day Holiday Arrangement Notice

Holiday Schedule:
In accordance with the State Council's 2025 holiday arrangements, our company's Labor Day break will be observed from Thursday, May 1 to Monday, May 5 (5 days total), with the following specific arrangements:

  1. May 1 (Thursday) - May 2 (Friday):

    • Official public holidays (2 days)

  2. May 3 (Saturday) - May 4 (Sunday):

    • Regular weekend days off

  3. Adjustment Notice:

    • May 5 (Monday) will be a compensated working day

    • April 27 (Sunday) will be a working day to offset May 5

Important Reminders:

  1. Office Safety:

    • All departments must conduct thorough safety checks of electrical equipment before the holiday

    • Ensure workspaces are secure and well-organized to prevent accidents

  2. Personal Safety:

    • Colleagues traveling during the holiday are advised to:
      ✓ Wear masks in crowded areas
      ✓ Maintain personal safety awareness
      ✓ Protect valuables and travel documents

  3. Production Arrangements:

    • PMC Department will coordinate production schedules in advance

    • Departments requiring overtime staffing must:
      ✓ Submit personnel lists to Management Department promptly
      ✓ Include requirements for meals/transportation if applicable
